Joy Chudacoff is a gifted coach and advisor when it comes to helping women discover their big ideas, dreams and goals. On this week’s episode of Glambition Radio, Joy tells us how she used the lunch hour at her day job to launch her first business, why she owes her career to simple curiosity, and what life-changing events made her choose to give up a lucrative business to pursue a family-first lifestyle.
Joy was 28 when she realized that a weekly salary wasn’t going to be enough for her. She found a niche business opportunity in medical equipment sales and worked day and night to break out on her own. Within 18 months, she went from employee to entrepreneur, and then built a thriving international marketing firm from the ground up. But, when her husband was diagnosed with a kidney condition, Joy’s priorities shifted. Looking for a way to put her family first and follow her passion for business, Joy went back to school and earned a coaching certification, so she could help other women find personal and professional success – on their own terms.

Joy works exclusively with women business owners, showing them how to grow their business to new levels without burning out. She combines a natural gift for seeing the big picture and an intuition for strategies that empower smart women with a lifestyle-design to enhance their professional success – and enjoy every aspect of their lives.
This episode was particularly special to me because Joy was a client of mine years ago, and then a member of my coaching team, and today has a thriving business that supports her family.
